Kids Trust

Kids Trust provides support, counselling and parenting advice to the children and families in crisis and acts as a specialist referral and signposting service for children, teens, parents and their providers regarding counselling and support.

 

Kids Trust specialises in supporting the specific cultural requirements of the members of the Jewish community who do not access the services currently available.

Neshomo

NESHOMO befriends long-term mentally ill people in the Greater Manchester Jewish community. Many of our ‘clients’ are amongst the most vulnerable and high risk people in the community and the largely voluntary team of trained befrienders provide a support system that is simply unavailable elsewhere.

Keren provides practical and emotional support to girls aged 12 - 24 from the orthodox Jewish community in Manchester. We offer a non-judgmental one-to-one service, encouraging girls to live confidently and happily in their own surroundings, empowered to benefit from a more productive wholesome future.

Jewish Action for Mental Health (JAMH)

Jewish Action for Mental Health (JAMH) was set up with the aim of raising awareness of mental health issues across the Jewish community.

We aim to provide a one-stop shop for mental health needs, to provide and disseminate information and to fill gaps in provision where we can.

Migdal Emunah providing a support service for Jewish victims of sexual abuse and their families.

We provide practical and emotional support in a variety of ways for victims and those affected by the trauma of sexual abuse.

Shema Koli is a confidential, anonymous helpline for women and men in the Jewish Community who have experienced or been affected by abuse.

Amudim

Amudim functions as a confidential resource center that provides meaningful assistance, enduring support, and direct referrals for individuals and families impacted by sexual abuse, neglect, addiction, mental health concerns and other crisis-related matters.

Amudim exists to support all individuals in need and guide them to a world of healing, growth, health and peace of mind.
